Janine Heil is a Partner at Leigh Duncan and leads our Conveyancing department, ensuring a seamless and efficient property transaction experience for every client.
Her reputation for meticulous attention to detail, in-depth legal knowledge, and commitment to personal service is well-earned. Renowned for her forensic approach, she combines plain-speaking, no-nonsense advice with fairness and integrity – exactly the qualities you need in a solicitor handling your transaction. Determined and proactive, she pulls out all the stops to keep your move on track and progressing as swiftly as possible.
Passionate about her work, Janine’s approachable nature makes her a trusted adviser to clients. A ‘proper natter’ about your property needs will always appeal, but, conversations about anything and everything are always welcome. Originally from Blackburn, this area has been home for over 20 years. And since 2009, the Beaconsfield community has benefited from her conveyancing expertise and legal services.
Outside the office, Janine enjoys swimming, trips to the theatre and cinema, and unwinding with a good book – true crime being her guilty pleasure. Most of all, she values quality time with her family, balancing her busy professional life with the things that matter most.
