Hosting a Student from Beaconsfield School for Work Experience

We are hosting a student from Beaconsfield School this week for work experience.

Whilst we benefit from giving back to the community and supporting a bright, keen and polite young adult decide what career path might ultimately be best for them, it helps generally in assisting schools and their students achieve vital targets in the transition from school to workplace.

Recent studies place as high as 80% the proportion of employers who think work experience in prospective candidates is essential.  A work placement provides the opportunity for students to develop key employability skills such as problem-solving, teamwork, communication and time-management that graduate recruiters look for.
