Hosting a Student from Beaconsfield High School for Work Experience
We are once more hosting a student for work experience, this time from Beaconsfield High School for work experience. Starting today and continuing every Wednesday for the coming weeks this school year, we are very pleased to have Natasha with us.
Whilst we benefit from giving back to the community and supporting a bright, keen and polite young adult decide what career path might ultimately be best for them, it helps generally in assisting schools and their students achieve vital targets in the transition from school to workplace.
Studies have placed as high as 80% the proportion of employers who think work experience in prospective candidates is essential. A work placement provides the opportunity for students to develop key employability skills such as problem-solving, teamwork, communication and time-management that graduate recruiters look for.
Good luck to all taking their first steps in a workplace environment!
