Do you know what a Declaration of Trust is?

You may have heard of having one in place if you own a property with a friend or a partner but many people do not necessarily understand their purpose and use.

We explore Declarations of Trust in our latest article for the newest edition of the Beaconsfield Local magazine out today, and we start by suggesting that it can be useful to think of Declarations of Trust as a form of agreement between two or more people about how their hold their property.  Much like people would have with a contract if they were in business together.
